Our management philosophy is unique, personal and accommodating. We manage every property as if it was our own home. From the moment a student enters our leasing center to the point that they graduate and embark on their careers, every member of our team is dedicated to ensuring their experience is unforgettable and comfortable. There is a very simple philosophy that governs our approach – we build community through our residents. Achieving this creates retention, which in turn drives recruitment, as word spreads that this property is the place to “Live Suitely”.

Through the years, we have connected and developed relationships with thousands of students, parents and campus officials. It is through these relationships that we have been awarded by students the “best off campus housing” experience in every one of our markets. In addition to our hands on management approach, we understand that students are “connected” 24/7 and appreciate the ease of use that today’s technology offers. Therefore, we have implemented online resident portals for maintenance, leasing and resident activity communication. We also place a strong emphasis on all social media outlets to facilitate interaction and meet the needs of today’s modern students.

In January of 2012, we decided to utilize our 25 years of hands on property management experience and expand our service offerings to Asset Management, under The Suite Life Group umbrella.
