The Ridge Residence

At Ontario Tech University – Oshawa, Canada

Campus Suites (along with Woodbourne) is proud to partner with Ontario Tech University on the development of its first dedicated student residence, The Ridge, a transformative addition to its North Campus in Oshawa. Designed to foster connection, convenience, and campus life, the new residence will be home to over 450 students, offering a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom suite configurations to support a variety of student lifestyles.

The residence will feature a comprehensive amenity package, thoughtfully curated to support academic success, wellness, and social engagement. From collaborative study spaces to vibrant social lounges, every element has been designed to encourage students to live, learn, and thrive on campus.

This project represents a significant step forward in Ontario Tech University’s vision for a “sticky campus”—one that attracts students beyond the classroom and creates a dynamic, inclusive, and engaged campus community. By bringing more students to live on campus, the residence will strengthen campus culture, enhance the student experience, and contribute meaningfully to the long-term growth of the university.
